Last week I wrote a piece titled, “A New Year – A New Campaign Strategy.” It spoke to those whose campaigns have stalled for any number of reasons. But, even if you are in the midst of a capital or endowment campaign that is continuing to move along at a decent pace, you know that there are times that you need to re-evaluate aspects that are not working as well as they should. Today’s challenge is to consider what one aspect of your campaign needs to be improved. Then consider 3-5 ways in which you could alter pieces of it and create change. Then, make a list of people who will have to be invested in this change.
